“They were very good. Front end was excellent and the rebuild was good. The coordinators had great communication between the agency and the client and helped, when needed, to contact the Policy Adjusters. They were a little slow with the rebuilt, but once it was completed we were very happy with the final product. A part of the policy was pack up and clean and replace. They were true to their word and their staff did a great job.”

Then the actual repair workers who came out to re-paint, and replace and re-install my floors!! Loved it. The work came out so nice, and they did not do a cheap job. They worked so hard!”
